We respect our customers, highly value their trust and provide most effective assistance under unexpected circumstances that may occur. 

The customer may request exchange or repair up to 14 business days after the date of purchase, along with the original receipt, and no evidence of wear, if any manufacturing fault or defect was discovered by the customer upon the acceptance of delivery. However, this warranty does not apply to products subjected to excessive wear, physical damage, abuse or any other damage caused by the customer to initially unfaulty merchandise.
