Does Shyne Jewelers offer jewelry appraisals?

   We offer appraisals upon purchase as well as after the fact. To inquire about appraising a piece through us, please reach out at info@shynejewelers.com or call         our showroom at 215-454-2929. 

Does Shyne Jewelers have a physical store?

    Yes. Our showroom is located at 339 South St Philadelphia, PA 19147.

What are Shyne Jewelers’ hours?

    Shyne Jewelers showroom is open Monday-Friday from 11AM-7PM, and Sunday from 11AM-6PM.             
    We are not open on Saturdays.

Do all items come with a gift box?

    Yes. We believe in the art of gifting and provide exclusive gift boxes with every order. It is a branded custom case decorated with an LED light inside, making every                    purchase at Shyne extraordinary and unforgettable.

Does Shyne Jewelers ship internationally? 

    Yes. We ship internationally with a flat rate of $150. Please reference our link on Shipping for more information.

Is it possible to change an order once it’s been placed?

    Yes, your order can be changed after being placed as long as it has not yet shipped. To update an online order, please reach out at info@shynejewelers.com or call our            showroom at 215-454-2929.

How long does a custom take to make?

    If you want to order custom jewelry from Shyne Jewelers, it will take us 2-3 weeks from the time 50% down payment has been made.

Does Shyne Jewelers offer same day repairs?

Can personal pieces be brought in to customize?

Can you pick up an online order in person?

    Yes - please contact us to let us know you would prefer to pick up your order, or note in order notes upon purchase.
