Exchange Policy 

Returns 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase  you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 14 business days from the date in which the item was received. Please see detailed information on items excluded from returning/exchanging. To inquire about a return, please contact our online sales team at info@shynejewelers.com. We will supply you with a return shipping label, as well as instructions to send back your package. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the product is in its original condition, we will process the refund for the original purchase price to your original method of payment (deducting the cost of shipping and processing fee). Please allow for 7-14 business days to process any refunds. 

Our Policy; 
Whether the item has shipped or not, all purchases are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 
Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Shyne Jewelers. 
Items purchased through PayPal are subject to a 5% merchant fee in addition to a restocking fee. 


 
Please note that the following items are non-refundable:
- Made-to-order stock products including:
       - Pendants & Rings
       - Customizable Pendants & Necklaces
- Custom pieces
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons) 
- Watches

Exchanges 

If you would like to exchange your product, please contact our online sales team at info@shynejewelers.com. Please supply a receipt or proof of purchase, and a brief explanation for your intended exchange. To ensure your exchange, we will have you return the item you received; once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item through an online credit.
