If your return is accepted, we will supply you with a return shipping label, as well as instructions to send back your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Buyers are fully responsible for return shipping charges; the original shipping charges are non refundable. All returned or exchanged items must arrive at Shyne Jewelers via USPS or FedEx in the original condition from initial shipment and the original packaging. Any signs of wear or removal of parts will not be accepted. Please allow for 7-14 business days to process any refunds.

To ensure your exchange, we will have you return the item you received; once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item through an online credit.

Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective/damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please reach out through with a detailed explanation so we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/Non-returnable items

Not all items are eligible to be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (beauty products), or any perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants). We do not accept returns containing hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Watches may be exchanged within 5 days of receiving. We do not offer refunds on watches. Custom order items are made to the specifications of the buyer and therefore may not be exchanged or returned.
