Domestic Shipping
Shyne Jewelers offers free shipping on all domestic orders. All packages are shipped via FedEx and USPS. All shipments must be shipped to a physical address where someone may be present to sign for the package. For overnight shipping requests please reach out to us directly at 215-454-2929. Any in stock orders take 7-10 days for delivery. Made to order and custom items may take up to 8 weeks for delivery. Please see individual product descriptions.
International Shipping
Shyne Jewelers proudly ships internationally with few exceptions with a flat rate of $75. Please note most International orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country, and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. You may contact your local customs office for details.
Online Returns & Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from www.Shynejewelers.com, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 10 business days from the date you received your item. Please see detailed information on items excluded from returning/exchanging. To initiate a return it is required that you contact our customer service department at [email protected]. Buyers are fully responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping charges are non refundable. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original packaging and returned to Shyne Jewelers via USPS or FedEx at the buyer's expense. Any signs of wear or removal of parts will not be accepted. Please allow for 7-14 business days for refunds to process.
Watches, Custom & Special Orders Policy
Watches, Custom, and made to order items are non refundable. (Including engravings and size modified orders). Custom orders require a non refundable $500 deposit to begin the design process. Custom Orders are specially made pieces and made to the specifications from the buyer, and therefore may not be exchanged or returned.
