Online Returns & Exchange Policy

Jewelry Items

If you are not satisfied with your jewelry purchase from, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 10 business days from the date you received your item. To initiate a return it is required that you contact our customer service department at [email protected] Buyers are fully responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping charges are non refundable. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original packaging and returned to Shyne Jewelers FedEx at the buyer's expense. Any signs of wear or removal of parts will not be accepted. Please allow for 7-10 business days for refunds to process once the item has been received.


Watches may be exchanged within 5 days of receiving the product. No refunds are offered on watches.  

Custom and made to order items

Custom and made to order items are made to the specifications from the buyer and therefore may not be exchanged or returned.
